Seems to be doing well! The installation wae done buy Best Buy so I didn't even really see it, but I do like it better because its not flimsy or thin.

This worked very well to reduce the space the dryer intrudes into the laundry room. With this kit, the vent is less likely to collapse as the dryer is pushed back toward the wall, and the clothes dry more quickly as the moist air freely vents to the outdoors.

Had to buy a new dryer vent with new gas dyer for the dryer to vent.

Dryer vent works great. My only complaint is that I need a side vent and Best Buy promised they would put a side vent in upon delivery. 1 month later, I'm still trying to get the dryer vented to the side. For now this dryer vent works great. It is just bulky for the space that I have.

These Semi-Rigid Dryer vents can easily be crushed if they are not positioned the right way. The first set of installers did not use the elbows initially and when my Dryer was pushed back into position, the vent was crushed. To my luck, the Dryer had a malfunction and had to be replaced so the second time the installers came, I asked them to install the new vent along with an elbow and re-route the vent so that it wouldn't be crushed when recessing the Dryer back to it place. They did as asked and now my new vent is perfectly set. They suggested I get flexible vents next time.

This, along with the other items required for installation, works fine. I was very pleased with the installation team.

The installer didn't use my kit so I received a refund on it. My old one, also purchased from best buy was still good. So I guess if it outlasted the dryer it can't be bad right?

I’m glad I purchased this replacement dryer vent line. My other one was bent over 50% for many years without my knowledge until I purchased a replacement dryer.

Now I have to say I’ve never met a geek that I didn’t like. Although I’ve only met geeks in college and through Best Buy, but Best Buy’s geeks are way nicer.

Not much you can say about a dryer vent hose kit. It's a silver type flexible hose that comes complete with the necessary mounting clamps. Every dryer requires one and this is just that. Fit and works great.

This vent beats our previous worn out junk one. Hard to break this unit as its strong and solid and wont bend with pressure behind it until you apply a ton of pressure. I recommend this as its needed for install. Dont buy a junk one

Our old dryer was 15 years old, and including new vent hose etc. was a good idea. So much lint was built up, and the new kit was superior to what we had from our old dryer. Do not skimp on these type of upgrades with new appliances.
