This product seems to be of good quality. The price was a little higher than others, but the salesman was willing to price match the product for me. The delivery team (for our washer and dryer) did a great job of explaining and quickly installing the washer and dryer.

Overall, an solid dryer kit that got the job done. It took me a couple of hours to connect it from my dryer to the apartment without any potential leaks. Besides the extra time needed to install it, the kit itself is worth the purchase due to the quality and reliability it provides.

Not the pig tail I was expecting, but then again I like animals so it's not really a loss. Made me wonder how a pig could vent dust... I digress.. This bad boy connected up in a mere seconds and sat there smug as all get out. Can't complain, for being semi-rigid, he gets the job done!

The flex pipe from the dryer to the wall was required by Best Buy. So I purchased one.

This product does it's job but it is too long and the men who installed the dryer didn't cut it down so the dryer has to sit further away from the wall than it should otherwise. It's a simple enough fix that I will have to do myself now.

this kit is recommended by the geek squad for proper set up of your new electric dryer-best buy can only install if this is purchased from them< if not, you are on your own to install. i recommend!

I returned the venting system to Best Buy. My vent run was too long and had to use what I had. They refunded with no questions asked. It would have been a great venting system if it would have been long enough to reach outside.

Purchasing a new Dryer Vent Kit is a must when installing a new dryer. I didn't want any future problems and this vent kit was just what the dryer ordered. My dryer is functioning at 100%.

We needed new washer due to existing one dead. Best Buy able to install in less than 5 days. Other "local" store could not get to for over 2 weeks. Install guys were great and met our expectations with removal and set up.
