I would def recommend letting the professionals at best buy do this, we ended up buying a kit and trying it ourselves. Spent money on stuff we didn't even need, wasted a Saturday, and then called them anyway. Good well made product tho, no problems so far

Looks good & works fine. But should have been included as part of the original purchase. All parts required for installation should be included.

I had an old vent for 15 yrs. old, I needed a new vent with a new dryer. The new vent is very flexible and does the job. At this time, it seems working well. It probably last for another 15 yrs. or more.

This vent seems smaller than the older ones they used to make, but it does the job and it doesn't take up a lot of room. We even had extra left over once it was measured and cut. I like it!

The product did exactly what I needed it to. Just rigid enough without being to inflexible for the space. Having the pipe tape in the kit is a plus.

Did not use this, I used the flexible hose, as I stacked my washer and dryer and it was easier. it looked as though it would have been easy to instal.

Works great and very sturdy but pretty much the same thing I had on there from Walmart but they wouldn't use it when they installed it because it wasn't from best buy. But it works great, if your installing it yourself you can find the same set up cheaper somewhere else.

Nice looking dryer vent tube. Installers had no problems installing it.

I had to install this twice because the first try the elbow came off the dryer. I ended up purchasing a 90 degree elbow from HD and tried again, and so far, it has stayed put! I did this myself because when the dryer was delivered, I did have the dryer plug ready yet. Once that was installed, I didn't want to wait weeks before I could get it connected, so I did it myself. I suspect that the delivery folks would have made it work the first time, so there's probably nothing "wrong" with the kit other than my lack of experience with connecting to the dryer.

I recently removed the vent from the wall to clean lint. To my surprise there was no lint to clean after 2 years. It was easy to reinstall and collapsed easily so I could push my dryer back against the wall.

The part is good but it was a little too large for our laundry closet so the dryer was sticking out and we couldn't close the door. My recommendation for those who have a smaller space for their dryer would be to get a smaller non rigid hose.

The newer dryers run much hotter than the appliances of old. If you have old or worse, plastic lines, getting new aluminum turns and bendable lines is well worth it. These come with easy to use connectors and strapping to connect to the appliance and wall mounting.

it hooked up fine. quality looks good. time will tell the story. it looks durable though

I world recommend this service. Best Buy delivered and set up this dryer for me . Delivered on time and installed the devise and preformed some initial training. Hauled the old one away for me as well. Excellent Value.

This vent is well made and is easy to hook up. Only problem was I needed one that was flat so I had more room. I had to return for the flat vent but either way it was good. I love best buy and only place I would shop for appliances and electronics.
