Didn’t work with all windows. But I wasn’t given enough time to return it nor could it be exchanged. So wrong for customer satisfaction. I am here telling everyone that best buy works hard to dump inadequate and useless products on its customers.

This has supported my AC very good. I'm on a 17th floor and the bracket has my AC very, very secure. Of course, though, make sure whoever installs the bracket is experienced. Easy to install.
