Very difficult to install only to find out the bracket is too short in lentgh from window frame to side of wall so bracket would not extend far enough to be useful. Window and side of wall is average row home size for city buildings.

The screws supplied are actually too long, as they don't go all the way through my window sill without hitting cement.

A Better Bracket

I did install it in my window for testing & the fit is perfect! It is of the highest quality. Very sturdy construction & easy to install. I bought it to support a larger AC unit.
