Everything needed for a professional installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this installation kit on the Best Buy website WHILE I was on the phone with Best Buy scheduling the installation of the dishwasher I bought at Best Buy. The person on the phone making the appointment reservation asked if I had the installation kit and I told them I didn't. So while I I was on the phone with them we went to the item on the Best Buy website and I purchased it so I had it for the installation. On a side note, the installer brought the same kit with him just in case I didn't have one. Smart thinking Geek Squad Guy! The kit contains everything you will need to perform a professional installation whether you do it yourself, or, have a professional installer do it for you.

A good kit for dishwasher installation

Old stainless steel flexible water line was corroded and had a lot of minerals inside it. We had to replace our 40 year old water valve prior to Best Buy Installation. New water valve not included in the parts kit. Not all parts are needed. The electric cord will not fit Bosch dishwashers as they have a proprietary plug on the unit. We had ours hard wired using the electric junction box supplied with the dishwasher. Best Buy should allow the buyer to purchase the necessary parts separately as it is probably another $20 for a Bosch cord for plug in installations.

Pretty Generic

Had lots of parts I didn’t need for my installation. And didn’t have some I did need. Said would have been better off just buying just the ones necessary for the appliance I bought. Quality for the stuff he did use seems good.
