This hose is so much smaller than the old hoses. Take up less space.

The hot and cold water hoses where easy to install and run water from the house into the washing machine.

I would have given a 5, but the hoses did not include washers with screens. The instructions specifically said to use this type of washer to prevent debris from entering the GE washer. Before hooking up the water supply I had to make a trip to a home improvement store wasting more time and money. I presume all clothes washers require this type of washer so this set of hoses should include these specific washers. If I didn't read the instructions and not use the specified accessories would I have voided the warranty? How many substandard installs did Best Buy perform?

We’ve had two either defective washing machines delivered or they were incorrecty installed. Regardless, it has caused flooding in the basement & we want a refund!! Someone needs to come & remove this washing machine ASAP from our home!!!

The installers only replaced one of my hoses to my new washer. Even though two came with the box. New hose is good but I should have received two.

I only gave two stars because of how short one of the hoses is. It also isn’t color coded for hot and cold water like a lot of hose sets that I’m used to, they’re both red.

This isn't what was installed. 4Ft rubber hoses where installed and it is completely frustrating to get this corrected. It wasn't my mistake but I am burdened with the continual effort to try and get a replacement. Last attempt installer showed up without correct hoses and instructed me take off wrong hoses return to sore for an exchange then call for a third appt and then they would install correct ones...really. so frustrated with the entire process. I just want a refund and be done!

After a month and 4 visits. I dont have yet instaled my washer and dryer. Alway last a part. I want to return it and buy in other store.

It is very unlikely that you would need 6ft connections from your water connections to your machine. A plumber would advise you to connect shorter runs, eliminating needless lengths and bends. I will continue my review after seeking a refund.
