Very responsive! Install was too high for me but my agent made it look easy.

John was awesome! He arrived early, was very patient, professional and informative in letting me know how things work. His service and expertise was impeccable. Thank you Best Buy for sending someone who truly wanted to make sure the customer understood the value of the products and services purchased.

Local total tech Johnathan Murry is outstanding !!! He takes his time making sure you understand the equipment before he leaves. Not happy with calling into geek squad. Very hard to understand on phone and get passed around on phone.

As stated before, the actual installation was OK. The Installer was very fast and installed the camera, explaining everything to me. The issue was setting up for installation. Not only was the appointment canceled last minute; not allowing me to give my job any notice, they decided to re-schedule my appointment almost a month later where I had to takeoff work again. There was absolutely no communication about the original appointment, Which I found out it was given to a wrong tech initially, who called me after 9 pm the night before the initial appointment So let me know that there was an issue and that he was going to contact management to see if the appointment had to be canceled. Management never called me. I had to call management in the morning to find out what was going on for me to be told that my appointment was canceled. This was horrible service so much so, I decided to cancel the service.

Very bright and kuna app is reliable.. I purchased 3 floodlight so far no problem.

We love our ring camera! The agent that came to install our unit was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient and allowed me to ask all the questions I had. I am very happy with the process and outcome!

Steven, the Best Buy installer, came out and installed our Arlo floodlight and solar panel. He helped me set it up in my app, liked the location of camera and the area the camera showed before installing it on our house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
