All of the service agents are very nice and pleasant to deal with. We never really had a problem until this last life that was put up. I don’t know why but it’s by my back door in a corner to aim out toward the patio and driveway. But one light is facing back into the corner and basically useless and it just keeps blinking off and blank. It’s irritating. I have another agent coming out tomorrow to fix it and I’m sure he’ll fix it but I will continue to be a faithful Best Buy customer have been for oh my God Over 40 years I don’t wanna go past that bye-bye

Took time to figure out why the internet wasnt hooking up to camera's. The trouble shooting by the technician determined , A router would resolve the issue. And now everything is working great support!!

The rep was on time and install product and gave advice for better range.

works perfectly, no problems, on time and quick an easy pros , also used iphone to set up ring app. Adjusted light to cover desired area of yard and driveway. Such a time saver from studing utube and doing the work myself. The light spotlight anyone in yard and films them.n This is saved on the icloud. therefore safe from erasing

The installation didn't take long. The installer got straight to work. They were very knowledgeable about the product.

Geek Squad hired a "contractor" who installed my floodlight camera. He was horrible. I was told a time period when he would be there-he called my land line & left a message that we didnt confirm his text-how could we confirm a text sent to a land line. Told us we had to re-schedule with Best Buy & when we did he tried to say that he didnt have time to pull the parts before he came out & started the same crap about confirming! Finally got our camera installed almost a week after the scheduled date

the tech was fast and efficient. After initial tech arranged was incorrect. They were fast to resolve the issue and get a new teach scheduled for the installation.

The technician did an excellent job. He confirmed the appointment, was on time, and completed the installation of my new floodlight system.

The agent worked quickly and really knew what he was doing. Mounted my video doorbell and two security camera/floodlights and was able to walk me through the software. He also connected my existing Nest thermostat. He was pleasant, professional, and completed a quality installation. This is now at least the fifth Best Buy Product I've had them install and every one has been well worth it. As long as they keep this quality up, I'll be a life long customer.
