The agent was able to install the Ring Floodlight is a short time and it works great.

I paid for both the camera and installation, and I clearly explained that a power cable would need to be run. The store assured me this wouldn’t be a problem. Two weeks later, on the scheduled installation day, the Geek Squad technician called to say it wasn’t a Wi-Fi camera and that the installation required a power cable. They rescheduled with another contractor—another two weeks of waiting. A month after my purchase, the new installer arrived only to tell me that they also don’t run power cables. He left the cameras and left. I’ve now wasted over a month, and I still have to return the cameras myself. This has been the worst shopping and installation experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointing.

Great job by installers. It was a challenging install that required dry weather, heights, and a steep roof. They did a great job of communicating dates/times and made it work.

The techs were in time and they were fast and knowledgeable.

Installation was well done and on time. Great experience. They installed two flood light cameras that were high up on the house with no difficulty. Unfortunately, I had purchased the wrong Nest thermostat for installation so they could not put that in. Next time!

The device works great. No issues..great value. It deters people away from stuff.

The install only took one hour. One installer was more knowledgeable than the other. I was surprised when they arrived that they didn't have their own ladder since it was a flood light. I think this should be shared with them prior to installation that it will go on the garage and they should bring their own equipment. Since I'm not sure why the light comes on without alarm of activity, I'm still on the fence about quality. May have to stop by the store and see if they can give me any update. This wasn't something that could be checked during the day with installation.

I used this support for Installing the Ring floodlight camera's. This team only able to set up at my back yard as it already has electrical supply, they couldn't able to setup at front side of home as it doesn't have an electrical supply. However, the team is good and did work well. Appreciate them.

I recently had a ring doorbell and a ring motion security light installed by the Geek Squad. They did an excellent job of installing both and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. I appreciated the time they took to show me how the ring doorbell worked.

Instillation was fast and on time,Glenn the installer was a super nice guy enjoyed meeting and talking with him.

I had two of these to be installed, I was told they could install it, but than they decided the one of the installation area was a bit risky for them to install so they didn't and I had already paid for the installation. I was not happy about that, my husband ended up installing it. Trying to get my refund was very stressful.

I went through the Geek Squad, to replace my floodlight with a Ring floodlight, and install a second Ring floodlight, on the front and back of my house. The gentlemen that am out were very professional, and very friendly. It took them no time to install both Ring floodlights. I’m very please with the service and install.

Our replacement of a malfunctioning Ring motion light in about 10 minutes. The process, including syncing the new light to our APP, could not have been easier and more professional. We are happy and very impressed by the service we received.

Technician mounted floodlight and camera. He did a great job very informative . The technician went about and beyond by coming back later that day rechecking that all devices were working.
