This is the best investment I ever made. The ring system that was recommended by BB was exactly what I needed. I am able to get a quick view of both the front and back yard and the picture is extremely clear. Thank you Best Buy!!

The contractors installed my floodlight quickly. However i was overcharged. I was told the floodlight installation would be $99.00. Initially i requested my Ring Doorbell be relocated. I called back and cancelled this part of my request. I was charged $149.99. I need to speak to someone regarding this.

The installer mounted my security camera with floodlights above my garage. He did a very good installation and setup, ran through app with us.

We was very pleased. Replaced an existing floodlight with a eufy floodlight in high outside spot. They came when they said and replaced it with no issues.

It took a while because it was mounted so high but finally replaced my defective unit. Works flawlessly now.

We were very please with the service and we love our new TV. It is compatible with Alexa commands as our other tv did not have this capability. All Bose speakers were connected and the surround sound is perfect. This is the second TV we purchased from Best Buy and we could not consider any other store. We have a complete smart house and our other home in Hopedale is also completely "smart". We have Alexa, Ecobee thermostats in both homes and Sonos speakers in every room. And the lights are also Alexa compatible.

The agent mounted my Ring camera and everything has worked perfectly.

My appointment was originally between 7:30 and 10:30 then it was changed to 6:30 to 9:30 the installer was not notified of the change and called at 8:00 and said his van broke down and he would be here at 10:00 he arrived at 10:30 and was unable to get the camera to work said we need an extender this company is terrible you can’t even talk to a live person I will never use the company again

This product out preform my Expectation, very bright lights and the motion sensor works well. The price were very reasonable and I will recommend this product to a friend.
