    Apparently BB sent me a very inexperienced technician. I had just moved into my new (to me) house and needed several items. Thermostats, Google nests (3), two doorbell cameras and a camera for the backyard. Installation was ok but the guy really couldnt answer a lot of my questions. So I did what II could to figure stuff out and am still doing so nearly a year later. The GS should send an expert or at least two people to help each other. Geek Squad did not live up to the hype. You really should train your people much better. My guy was definitely no expert.

    The network extender was not delivered so I cancelled the service. I was due a refund . It has been 4, week and best buy has not refunded the cost of the extender
