Was very polite and professional. Knowledgeable on RGB strips and even noticed my PC and that it didn’t have a battery back up. And told me about them. Thanks to that I ordered one to keep my PC safe from any sudden brown outs. Thank you very much for the installation and explanation of how to maintain them! The geek squad came over to my house to install hue gradient light strip and hue sync box. I paid around $150 for this service. They installed the light strip onto my 75” Sony tv. And then they tried to install the sync box. That’s what started the problems. They struggled.with the sync box fro over an hour before gave up. When they left I ended up installing the box myself with very little problems. I should have got a reduction on my service bill. It’s the first time I ever had the squad come out and failed. But it won’t discourage me getting the geek squad again.

Josh was very helpful in setting up my hue lights. Not only was he professional, he answered all of my questions.

Had Best Buy's Geek Squad install my Ring Doorbell and other related items like this smart path lights that I lined up to my walkway to the front door. Since I have the Best Buy Pro Service, it was included at no charge. Geek Squad came out within a few days and did a great job setting it up! Highly recommend them!

The Geek Squad Taylor Yori showed us how the lighting will work as soon as we get the correct one. He showed us how easy it is so we are excited to get our outside light to work with the special light bulb we need it’s the light fixture we will need to get it to work . We really appreciated Taylor’s knowledge of how our Alexa and plugins work it is Great! He knows so much about TV’s Too ( Smart Ones) And answered all our questions! We are Very Pleased with our purchase’s ! We didn’t have to worry about a thing! Thanks to Taylor!

The in home service was excellent and the best buy team was courteous and knowledgable. I had a full service setup. Three rooms with mount installations, tv set ups and behind the wall wiring kits. This is the service we as customers deserve and need. Great job guys!

As always, the geek squad did an awesome job. The young man stood with me in the cold to make sure that our lights were working perfectly. He was extremely patient and went over the steps of the process to be sure that I knew how the system worked. They have been fantastic every time we have needed them.

GS programmed 13 recessed lights in my home covering kitchen, living room, and hallway. They set up with my GOOGLE HOME APP and HUE app. Software update with HUE app took 9 hours for all 13 lights to be programmable with my GOOGLE HOME. GS set up each room in HUE and GOOGLE HOME apps so once all lights were updated, the lights are voiced controlled. From turning on, to turning off, to full lights to dim lights, all controlled by my voice and GOOGLE MINI.

Ring and lighting system works great. Free install from Best Buy can’t be beat. Took a full day for four installers plus a couple of Followup days. The guys were very professional.

This is the third time I've used Geek Squad's in-home services. The technicians are consistently great and Best Buy stands by their work. When the mounting adhesive included with my smart lights failed a month after installation, the technician returned and addressed it promptly. Thank you!

The Geek Squad installed my lighting in a quick and professional manner despite the problems I gave him by mixing up my wifi passwords. He was patient with this senior who gets confused occasionally about technology. I'm thrilled to now be able to control my lights in the house with my voice through Alexa or with the app on my phone.
