The technician showed me how to control the smart lights via my smartphone. And, they are now paired with Amazon’s Alexa, for voice control, which my disabled husband uses.

There was an additional issue/inquiry and the agent returned very soon later that day to resolve.

This was an easy set up and the Geek Squad guys showed us how to use the Hue Lights.

They reprogrammed my smart lights and installed new ones.

Did a great job. They were quick courteous and did a good clean job. Cleaned up too.

everything was fine with the sync installation along right the hue lights until the next day when nothing turned on or was syncing. plus the TV was screwed up with the hdmi connection. im totally lost how this thing works plus Google answers show it's a regular problem with Phillips hue sync... im not happy at all

they did not mount my lights properly one lights was loose and one of the lights did not work properly because it was not mounted in place where it could get sunlight i had to fix them myself.

So Far, So Good. I've had 3 interactions with the Geek Squad and I have yet to have any complaints.
