    Beans sometimes get stuck, and after about two years it started to over brew. I love the grind brew combination however, and it makes a great cup of coffee

    Coffee is fine but can only keep coffee warm for 40 minutes. You cant restart warmer without making more coffee. I sip coffee all morning and just didn't meet my needs and I returned unit day 3. Called CS line and was told its a regulation....must be all the other coffee makers ignore this regulation.

    Detailed specs contradict description - stating that it is "1.5 liters" (which is 6.6 cups, not 12). Had to returned two different shipments thinking that they just sent the wrong sku the first time.
