    Coffee is good but limited amount of control if you are going to have it grind the beans. I am not sure how people are complaining of weak coffee because mine is way to strong on the weak setting with the grinder set to course (recommended by support) It uses way to many beans and coffee is way to strong for a weak setting. If I switch it to strong it uses the same amount of beans and is the same strength as weak. The other major issue is that the warmer only stays on for 40 min so if you start it when you wake up you better get to it and drink fast or it will be cold. I am giving 3 stars because I do enjoy the Alexa/phone use and the coffee is good (just too strong). I included a picture of how many beans it used for 10 cup not 12 cup pot on the weakest setting.

    I like that you can activate from bed, and coffee is fresh. I do not like that you cannot program, that the least you can make is 4 cups, that it does not have an option to reheat coffee or maintain warm for more than 40 minutes. And it is really hard to get it connected. Customer service is very responsive but I still haven't been able to reconnect after I moved. Not sure if I would buy again without checking if there are others. When I got it, it was she only one that could be set from my phone using WiFi regardless of where I am located.

    Really good coffee - but machine/app have issues

    The coffee is really good, but there are definitely some issues: 1) You have to push the bean into the grinder hole when you set up for the next brew. The cover over the grinder is too big and the beans don't flow in well. 2) The water entry is small and you have to be careful not to spill. 3) The warmer stays on for only 40 minutes, despite the box saying 120. I have contacted tech support and they are working to fix this for US customers but it has been a struggle. I feel like I am a beta tester for this coffee maker/app.

    I love the Alexa enablement! It grinds coffee, it stores coffee, smart device. However, coffee taste horrible, too watery. They need to work on that. I returned it and stuck with ninja coffee machine.
