I tried to call the customer service on this company I ask them some questions and they never replied to me. Whereas this machine looks like it have enough power to remove the hair but I don’t think it will last long because of the quality

Great profesional product and very efective for the price.

Very happy with this order. Its best for smaller areas but the quick mode seems to work well too on bigger areas. Its not too painful and has a gentle mode if it hurts too much. Check the box to ensure it works with your skin and hair color. Good luck!

SmoothSkin Pure seems to be doing the job. After each use I have red itchy bumps that dissipate as the week progresses. Besides the itchy bumps I do seem to have less hair growing after 4 weeks of use.

I’ve had 3 treatments by now and I see no hair on my arms even after 5 days of shaving, very little hair growth on my legs, and underarms hair reduced by almost 50%. Amazing results. Just be careful with the light, use UV glasses and remember to clean the device after use.

Ran a test on the right side of my body (arms, legs, lines). Noticed that the hair that did remain was way thinner than the left side. I expect that with more use, it will completely vanish. Very happy with this product.

My skin and hair lends itself very well to this sort of treatment. I got this on a great deal of the day, so what I paid for this was less than two laser treatments at a spa. Good construction, easy to use. Would totally get this again.

This thing really works. 4 weeks in hair growth has slow down down tremendously. I have pale skin with black hair so I’m sure that’s why it works so good according to the charts. Highly recommend, so happy with my purchase!!

Haven’t used it for the full extent yet but easy to setup and use! Works like a charm and packaging was very appealing!!! It is not battery operated and requires being plugged in but not an issue for me.

Recently picked this up so the jury is still out on how well it works, but the design is easy to use only 3 buttons and a plug in. Relatively painless akin to a flick from a rubber band, except if you get too close to a dark tattoo.

Overall good. Less visible hair. The first time I used it on my tanned skin I got some burns, not sure why it turned on. I'm using the gentle option until I get lighter.

Wow! This is amazing! 1/2 way through the weekly treatments and so much slower growth. I used to shave my legs and not be able to stand them touching eachother by the end of the night because of the stubble. Now I shave before my treatment on Sunday and the following Sunday I barely have any stubble. They feel so smooth! Same results with armpits and bikini area. The first area that saw significantly slower growth almost right away was my armpits. What a relief to be able to wear a dress or shorts whenever I want without having to worry about shaving first!

Was looking at getting an IPL for a long time and was torn between this and the Braun. Went with this and not a bit disappointed. One of the best purchases made. Great quality. Money will spent.

This laser works; I've been using it for a month and I'm hairless so far, but it's painful. I have a high pain tolerance and can deal with the discomfort.

After shaving my hair would grow out that same day and the day after I would be so itchy. After using this for a week WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! No itchiness and hair growth slowed down.

Purchased this on a Deal of the Day for my sister. The product works as expected and is easy to use. The item is of sturdy build. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid potential hard to your skin.

I am one of those women that permanent hair removal has been a life-long mission. I am a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, and when I started to shave, who knew that some of my hair would get denser and darker. And, of course, through the years with age and with hormone changes, other hairs started to emerge in awful places. So, in my lifetime, I tried shaving, plucking, electrolysis, waxing, motorized epilation, and almost everything under the sun that I could afford. The hair under my arms was darker, my leg hair was darker, my bikini hair line was darker, and then I got those dark hairs on my chin and lip that popped out in-between my blonde ones. Talk about making me self-conscious. I have been using this device religiously since I received it once a week on my legs, my bikini area, my stomach, underarms, and my chin/lip area. I followed the directions and shaved before zapping the areas, and one thing that I do absolutely love, is that if you missed shaving a stray hair, the IPL zaps it for you! It is such a strong light! Wonderful! My first time using it, I was a little bit intimidated, even with reading the directions because there were SO many warnings and precautions! It is very important to use it in the correct manner, that is for sure. My first time using it, I used it in power mode, and you can see the lights on the side of the unit reading my skin and adjusting the power. That is one of the reasons why I choose the SmoothSkin Pure, it had that safety component to it. You could also adjust the power too. The two little buttons under the big button goes into either ‘gentle mode’ or ‘speed mode’, both of which lower the output of the IPL. My first time took quite a long time to treat every area on my body, not knowing that I could just hold the button down and move the machine smoothly across my skin and it will flash on its own. And at the time, I did not realize that there was a gentle mode that I could use on my bikini area, so I used the power mode. I guess I did follow the saying… go big or go home! I also noticed that the unit does not work well on boney areas or highly curved areas like the ankles, or toes, or around the knees unless you have a lot of flesh and can push it up to make a flat surface to cover the head of the device, so it can read your skin, adjust the power, and flash. Same thing with the upper lip and chin area. One must be very inventive to cover such a curved area like the chin and then such a small area like the upper lip. As I started using the device each week, I got better and better with it, and the treatments went faster and faster. Now I probably get done with all my body areas in under 15 minutes. I do have to say that the amount of dark hair on all body parts has diminished, not 100% gone, but diminished. During these last 6 weeks or so, I also have seen this device for sale at QVC and they presented how it worked on TV. That was helpful if anyone wants to view a video presentation, however, they suggested using the device for 12 weeks to see the best results. I also did a search on YouTube and found a video from a lady that is a representative from Smoothskin and she had some interesting information to share as well, and also recommended 12 weeks of treatment, and then with the SmoothSkin Pure, I only have to treat in maintenance mode once every 4-6 weeks. Love it!! So, I know that I will be using this device once a week for another 6 weeks or so until I go into maintenance mode. Of course, it all depends on the performance. All in all, I wish this device was around when I was younger! I could have saved myself a lot of money and anguish over the years and truly been hairless in all the right places! Enjoy ladies!

If you are looking for a hair remover, than is is the flagship model of smooth skin. It’s doesn’t work overnight but you will see gradually improvements from week to weeks. How long will it takes? Depends on how coarse your hair is!!! The thicker, the longer. The application is almost painless. But you get use to the zap. Very easy of operate. It have a skin sensor and how much power to apply. Each treatments should last no more than 10 minutes!!! Now as for the cost, it’s pricey at $370 but think of all the razors and shaving cream you don’t have to buy in the years to come. In the long run, the smootskin will pay for itself!!! I think it’s a good deal!!!

Wife Originally bought a cheaper version on Amazon. Saw this on sale, much happier. Far more effective. Worth the money.
