Horrible dont waste your money! I wish I could return it!!

Broke after one use of it. I didnt even get to use it for maybe 40 mins

We actually bought this as a backup for our 28-in heavy duty self-propelled gas snow blower. During one storm we had about 3" of pretty heavy snow, this thing did an admirable job. Decided to use it instead of the larger snowblower so I wouldn't smell like gas when I was done. It was able to get through this really heavy wet snow without an issue. Mind you we have a 10 plus car driveway and 150 ft of sidewalk, and under these conditions it did a little over 2/3 of all of that ground cover before it died. Which is more than reasonable and pretty impressive for a small inexpensive blower. I've also used it in tighter spots in the driveway during ~6" of typical snow, and it did a perfectly good job of clearing out those harder to get areas. Very pleased with this after one season. Would definitely recommend it for somebody with a smaller two or four car driveway. Its very lightweight and easy to maneuver. One drawback, while you can adjust the direction of the chute from the handlebars, you have to adjust the throw height on the chute itself by adjusting a knob on chute. Not a big deal given tbe price.

First use it smelled electric burn and vibrating hard when turned on. Does not throw snow far.

Absolutely the worst. Stopped working after 1 use!

We haven't had enough snow yet to use this snow blower, but I have a Snow Joe battery powered snow shovel that works great, and this looks built as well or better than the shovel. It was easy to set up and it ran just fine when I tried it. Just know, if you have the smaller snow shovel, this unit takes both batteries at the same time. If you have a really large area to do, you might want to get back up batteries.

Bought this electric snowblower to give it a try. Recently had large snowstorm here in New England. Kept the snowblower in the garage and batteries in the house. After 15 minutes the snowblower started to loose its power. Brought the battery in the house to charge and warm up. Reinstalled after 20 minutes. Got another 10 - 15 minutes of run time. Bottom line…What normally would take 30 minutes to clear my long driveway and walkway with my gas powered snowblower, ended up taking 2 hours with the electric Snowblower. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to produce an electric snowblower, must not understand how cold weather stresses out a rechargeable batteries. I took this back to Best Buy for a refund and bought a new Ariens 27” gas powered snowblower! Never been happier. There are better ways to save the planet than starting with a snowblower!

I'm very happy with my purchase! We tried ordering the snowblower from another online store but they would not deliver to Alaska. Best Buy made it easy to order and had it delivered to the store. The process was simple, customer service was excellent, and product works better than expected. Very happy customer!
