They reduce waste, get rid of carrying heavy soda's from the grocery, and are on demand. My only feedback is allllllll the times we go to exchange cartridges at best buy - seems like no one is trained on the process.

Hard to find item

The refills are far cheaper than having to buy a new spare cartridge, plus the store accepts them as a recyclable. Happy that Best Buy carries these.

Love the exchange option

I've never had any problems with any of the carbonators and we've gone through a ton of them!

Great Product

The carbonator exchange is great. The only thing to improve it is if they would deliver them. I am glad Best Buy is back carrying them.

Great value and saves environment

We go through a cannister of co2 about once a month. I used to buy sparkling water and would spend around $25/month on $70 bottles, with this I have a lot less waste and I always have water when I want it.

Soda Stream exchange cylinders always in stock

But, more often than not, they are not in stock. Unfortunately, it's a 30 minute drive from my home, so I do not go that often. It's gratifying to know that BB keeps them in stock regularly and I will most likely purchase the exchange carbonators at BB going forward. Thanks, Best Buy!
