I exchanged 2 cylinders. The staff made sure I got the right ones (quick connect vs screw-on) and also made sure the coupon I had with me was applied. The product itself works great, but it's a simple CO2 can, so what more is there to say.

Sodastream works great. Sometimes the refills aren't in stock which is problematic. Seems like I don't get as much carbonation per cannister as I used to but this might be my imagination.

These are super easy to swap out. The fizz helps me get my kid to drink water when she otherwise wouldn't. 4 stars instead of 5 purely for affordability reasons. If I had the space in my kitchen setup I'd buy an adapter and get a bottle of food grade CO2 from Airgas for a tenth of the price per unit they're charging for these.
