They were no help. My family was super excited when we got it the air was let out very quickly when the machine didn’t work at all while let me take that back the lights came on when you plugged it but no fizz.

I pre-cooled the water in an original container, but when I pour it into the SodaStream plastic bottle and make soda, it tastes really bad. The carbonation level is fine. The worst part is that because I opened it (duh, I had to use it, right?), I couldn't return it.

I’ve tried ordering this twice and it never ships!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve ordered this twice in 2023 and shipping gets delayed for about 3 weeks until the order auto-cancels. I contact BB customer service who only insists that it’s going to ship no matter how obvious it is that it won’t. It ultimately doesn’t, and BB auto-cancels the order and deletes it from my history. I order stuff from BB pretty regularly and have never seen this bizarre behavior with any other item. I wouldn’t ever shop here if this was the norm, but customer service just lies or misinforms me by insisting it will arrive when it obviously won’t.

I ordered the same version in black and they refuse to match the price of the initial order. poor customer service
