Whenever I have a problem with my laptop that I cannot fix myself, I bring it to Best Buy, and schedule a visit with the Geek Squad. My last encounter was no different. My laptop had frozen up, and the young man who worked with me, knew exactly what to do. He went into the machine and erased many notifications that were the problem. Having the Geek Squad as a source for repair on my devices is a comfort, knowing I can bring it to someone who is knowledgeable. Great Job Geek Squad.

My wife accidentally downloaded a program the was constantly give her popups every second a few days before our annual beach vaction. We went to the midtown best buy without an appointment and they managed to get us seen in a few minutes and fixed it in about 5 minutes they were incredible!

Geek Squad was incredilble! They helped me complete my new phone setup and transfer after 3 employees at my carriers were not able to do so. They very quickly and concisely cleaned up the mess that my phone carrier made. Their knowledgeable, competent and such a pleasure to work with.

I thought I had lost all data on an older laptop and took it to the store to see if they could retrieve my data. They took the laptop and not only retrieved and saved the data on a new external hard drive, but also actually restored the old laptop and made it useable again. Very impressive work.

I want to see if there's any problems and seems to everything is going well, the fans are clean and I'm able to push my computer a little bit more because of the new internal paste without issues and it wasn't super expensive too pretty sure it was just 45 bucks

I had an important meeting on Monday. I went to Best Buy to see if they could help me install a program called MS Teams, as my company and I were having an important meeting that next day. James, who is helping me, I believe, James went above and beyond! He installed the app into my computer, and I was able to go to the meeting the next day with full confidence. James was a helpful, and he knew exactly how to do it. That really put my mind at ease! Thank you again!
