I cannot say enough good things about the Levittown Geek Squad team. They are so intelligent and patient, and they explain everything (in simple terms for someone like me who is learning about the technical aspect of computers) in an understandable way. They helped make sure our recent transition to a new computer was seamless!

The gentleman from the Geek Squad (Stephen) who came to my house was awesome. He was punctual, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He spent a long time Installing. Ya can't just plug the PC in and expect it to be good unless you have someone like Stephen to do all this work.

These people really know their stuff. Have never been disappointed.

Excellent transfer of files from old computer and installation of new software.

The agent helped set-up my new Samsung S25 and how to operate it. She was able to connect me to Spectrum as well as all my contacts, apps and everything else I wanted. Also helped load my pictures and videos onto an external SSD.I'm very happy and on my way.
