In both cases the Geek Squad transferred files from my old computers and installed new software in the new computers seamlessly. When I picked up the computers they took the time to go over everything with me and answer my questions.

Your technician walked me through set up and preloaded programs for me and even worked beyond my allotted time without patronizing me for being old. Helpful and respectful. Sorry I don't have his name or I'd recommend him for a raise.

They quoted me a 2 day turn over time and they delivered exactly that. Laptop is running perfectly and I have even more space now.

New laptop

They transfered the data from the old laptop perfectly. The new machine is much faster and has a much longer battery life. The salesman that helped us was very knowledgable and made our choice easier.
