They installed webroot on my computer, tablet and phone. I feel more scam protected now.

The guy was awesome that day when he put the internet apps in computer I just purchased and opened box computer the top one and when I got it in the mail I took it in to Best Buy it has alot of problems the first guy fix the problem for nothing and when I got home I hooked it up again then it said no drives for the internet then I took it back to best buy and was charged I should of never been charged when I got the computer it should of been wiped clean and set up and ready to go

The agent fixed my drive very quickly and answered my questions.

I have used the Geek Squad for many years and will continue to do so because they do an excellent job but installing things like the defender Total Security on my computer and I buy them as I have gotten older and haven't been able to keep up with all the new tech stuff and they do and it's easy to make an appointment with them and be taken care of properly. The Geek Squad is the greatest amenity I could ever have when I purchase my electronics from best buy. They only place that I will purchase them. Thank you for having Geek Squad.

Cannot beat Geek Squad service. they know what they are doing. I have brought in three of my desktops and got them running like new ones. They work on several things. I haven't had to send in phone or anything like that. But they are efficient and prompt. I don't think they would have a problem with anything they work on. They are not at like they in a hurry. they stay right with you and answer your questions. Nice People

After more than a 2 week Nightmare of waiting, and being lied to by contracted company to do Best Buy’s installations, we finally were able to have the one and only, Best Buy installer left at our store, come and handle the install. He was on time, very personable and professional! What we had expected when we purchased and requested the installation. Sadly, the salesperson neglected to advise, a contracted company would be doing the install!! As previously stated, that Company was a NIGHTMARE to deal with, refused to try to be accommodating, and lied! True and long time Best Buy customers beware: when wanting or needing an installation of what you purchased, Demand an actual Best Buy installer handle it!!!! I am appalled that Best Buy would use such an unprofessional Contractor!!!! We loyal customers desire and demand the Best Buy quality in service which we have come to enjoy, respect and expect!!!
