The best customer service and knowledge of all who work here. The Geek Squad took all my old stuff from my old computer and put it on the new one in a special file folder. I have a home based business and this was important to me. Then they took there time to show me how everything works. (I am not Tech Smart. so this really helped me understand) I came her as my brother in law who works for a technology company only uses Best Buy and our son who only uses Best buy. We are so glad we have as well

Bought the TOTAL service package and so glad i did. In the first 2 weeks Geek Squad helped me get my new laptop up and running: installs, tweeking things the way i need them and patiently and professionally answering my questions and concerns. The cost for everything they did would have amounted to way more than i paid for TOTAL and i still have 50 weeks of service left, at no additional cost. BEST BUY IS THE BEST!

We had our home visit today, which went very well. The work we wanted done was accomplished. It may have been routine for the Geek Squad technician but it was very meaningful for us to have it done. We had a new modem, a printer and some software installed. Our technician was very easy to talk to and work with, answering all of our questions and providing recommendations. It was great. Purchasing Geek Squad is the best investment I've ever made. The agents are knowledge and helpful. They saved me the hassle by installing my new software to my HP Laptop and transfered all my files and data. Not only that within minutes they wiped my old computer and restored it.like brand new.

I was having issues with my gaming laptop ( HP Victus RTX 3060 TI) where my HDMI Poet and NVIDIA were unable to work. It caused may hit issues with my system from lagging, shutting down, exiting apps literally all the worst that happens. They managed to fix it asap and things are running incredibly smooth like it’s brand new!!!

The Geek agents are exceptional in their ability to set up a computer, repair equipment, and explain to customers the intricacies of a laptop. I especially value their ability to listen to customers intently and solve their problems.

Agents transferred my data quickly installing all my apps and files

The "Geek Squad" was very professional and patient with me. I had been trying to update my Windows software without success. I brought in my system and they informed me that the unit was too old for the updates so I bought a new PC. They did all the setup and data transfer for me from my old unit to the new one. Everything works great.

The man that took care of me couldn’t have been nicer. When I dropped off my computer I was charged too much. The man that finished my computer gave me a credit. He didn’t have to do it. I would have never known I was over charged. He explained what was done and answered all of my questions. He was an exceptional and one of the nicest man I have ever met.
