All the support people at the Geek Squad have been helpful to me: especially Alan, Ryan, Denise and Erica. They set up my new computer with Windows 10 and Quicken. They transferred my data. They helped me learn about W10 and the new Quicken. They were patient, knowledgeable, courteous, very helpful. As a senior, things need to be repeated to me numerous times for me to 'get it' and they always were patient. Showed me features. Made the move from W7 to W10 easier than it would have been. Thank you to everyone for all your help.

I purchased the Total Tech package and then had a BeeLink Mini PC set up by the Geek Squad. These folks are great and I have had this mini pc now for about 6months with no issues. I really liked the fact that when I picked the unit up the Geek Squad rep answered any questions I had and did not make me feel rushed. I also used Geek Squad to install a 60inch tv on the wall and they did a phenomenal job in that regard as well.
