Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Fully charged my camera before installing this solar charger and noticed that when the camera got down to about 80%, the solar charger would kick in and start charging it back to 99%. That went on for a few weeks but then the battery started getting lower and lower and the charger was not kicking in. Until the battery got below 20% so I called Arlo Customer support. They asked me how many videos a week does that camera take? How long is are the videos? How sensitive do I have the motion set? How much sun is the charger getting? How many hours of sun is the charger getting? A bunch of questions that I don't think have anything to do with the problem because, the charger was in the same place as when it was charging. It was taking about the same amount of videos as when it was charging. The sensitivity settings had not changed. Nothing had changed from when it was charging correctly. I fully charged my battery again and set it back up. I still have to take down the camera and charge it once in a while because the charger doesnt charge it sometimes.
