Good low maintenance option for non-techy household.

I bought this to use with the EufyCam Pro 2. You loose some of the mounts range when it is plugged into the camera because the plug sticks further out and hits the pivot mechanism. If the USB port was on the back-bottom of the camera instead of the top of the back, it wouldn’t loose as much since I doubt anyone has these cameras pointing straight down.

Eufy makes great items the camera's are very good hopefully the solar panel is as good

Worked great for 2 months with my Eufy 2C but then stopped working. Not charging the camera despite some really sunny days.

It does the job as far as charging cameras but horrible at cable management.

This is a must worth their cameras. Sometimes doesn’t work . When it does it’s good.

I've been using this for several months now, and figured that's enough time for a fair idea of performance. Full disclosure, I purchased this knowing full well that our site is not ideal, but just hoped it would at least slow the drain and improve the life of the battery between charges. Our camera is mounted at the front of our house. There's a dog park up the street and lots of dogs walking their humans pass by. The camera picks up street traffic, the bus and sidewalk activity. Busy. The battery life that's advertised as one year, was in actuality around 45 days for us. I know I could lower sensitivity and add block zones, but that kind of defeats the purpose of having a security camera, right? Unfortunately, the camera is also mounted in a location that is very difficult to access without a ladder and needing someone to help hold the ladder for me. Another unfortunate element, is that it's mounted on the north side of our home which does not receive any direct sunlight. It's not in the shade, and it does receive indirect light all day long, but never receives actual direct sunlight. I ordered this with the hope that best case scenario, it would charge with indirect light - - - at the very least, that it would at least slow the battery drain. The second result is what seems to be the case. Using it now for about 2 months, it does not maintain the 100% battery level, but does seem to charge the camera just enough to slow the drain. My battery now only drops ~1% a day. Occasionally, it even adds a little charge to the battery too. Calculating logistically at 1% drain a day, I would surmise that worst case scenario, I would now need to charge the camera every 100 days instead of the prior 45 days without the solar panel. Not the dream result I'd hoped for, but in my situation, it's better than it was without the solar panel so I'm happy and satisfied. I installed the panel exactly 8 weeks ago. Charge was 100% at that time. Today, charge is at 77% so it's doing a little better than slowing drain to 1% day. My test months have been Jan into March, so I also have hope that as we get into the spring & summer and the sun moves in the sky, maybe my results will improve.

Seems to be working great, several weeks in. Keeps the camera nice and full. Only complaint was that this thing went on sale literally the day after I bought it. I could have blah blah, I know, but in my defense, I didn't. It's worth full price to me anyway. Git one if yount to, works great.

Although this product is shown as the compatible solar panel for the Eufy 2K SoloCam L40 on the Best Buy website, it is NOT compatible. The power cord is terminated with a micro-USB plug but the L40 requires a USB-C plug. Do NOT buy this product if you expect to use it with the L40 SoloCam.

Doesnt work. Very disappointed. I was hoping to buy more but the plug broke, and it sucked all the battery life out. Sad...because iblike Eufy.
