We bought this TV for my mother-in-law who was apprehensive about such a large set. She loves it! It has a good sound (without a sound bar) and the picture is crisp. A good value for the money.

We had a competing brand on our lanai for 18 months and it just went up in smoke---literally! Needed something quick and inexpensive for our guests to watch while they were visiting our piece of paradise here in SWFL. Looked online and found this at a very inexpensive price. Picked it up and had it place within an hour of leaving the store. Excellent pic, great sound and can't say anything bad about our choice. Well worth the less than $300 price tag!

Picked this up on black friday. Good for watching movies via apple TV. Sound is pretty good for how thin it is, much better than my higher end Vizio model. Cant be beat for the price.

Usually when you buy on Black Friday the things you buy are not the best in the line of their products. And while this toshiba does not have all the bells and whistles, I can say I am pretty pleased overall. The sound was a little different and maybe a little muffled but it may just be we were used to something different before. I will say though, for the $150 that we paid for it on black friday it was a steal. Overall really pleased with this purchase. If they offered it again for the super bowl sales or anything you should jump on it.. Toshiba makes a great TV set.

looking for a HDTV and bought it over thanks giving. This TV is just great, great HD picture quality, great sound quality, very reasonable price. nothing else to get from a TV!

This TV is super light weight. You can easily move around this.The TV size is very nice, it is neither big nor small. It is not smart tv. However, i use either ROKU or HDMI cable to make it smart :-)

Real nice TV for the price. Put it in my Den. Set up was easy. Good sound. My only reluctance was the 60hz, but for the price you can't beat it. Experienced a lock-up on channel tunning when attempting to tune into a channel with poor to no reception with antenna. Had to unplug TV and replug it in, but that is after allowing the TV to attempt to tune it in for a somewhat extended period (extended period to the TV apparently).

I love my new TV. The sound and picture quality is amazing. I can turn the volume up to about 15 on some movies/videos and the sound is pretty loud. Most of the time the volume is loud on 6-9 range. It's not a Smart TV, but I recommend Chromecast (about $35). It works wonders with this tv. I would definitely recommend these products.

This TV was perfect for my needs. I did not want smart features and it was an easy setup with a great picture.

I am very pleased with my 49 inch Toshiba television. I was very surprised the bargain price that I was able to purchase my new television for. Thanks Bestbuy for the great deal. I was replacing a Toshiba 40 inch television, that was recently stollen from my home. The insurance company was able to reinsurer me enough money to be able to upgrade my new purchase. Thanks USAA.

Yes it's only 60 MHz but it has a great picture and excellent sound and for the price you can't beat it.

Very great picture from far away.. Set up was quite nice and simple I would recommend for a new set up for living room

Light enough to carry it alone. Out of the box, on the stand and up and running in about 10 minutes. Great picture at an excellent price! Love it!

I got this TV on Black Friday for $150. I was looking for a TV for my bedroom and got this. Noting bad to say when you pay $150 for a 49 inch TV.

We were looking for another TV with a bigger screen to replace the one we currently have in our bedroom. We purchased this TV at a great price. The picture and sound are great!.

This TV works great but I would say it is priced little higher. Overall quality of the product is good but you would get grat brands like Samsung/LG if you pay little more. Also the TV works at 60Hzs which makes big difference. If you get 120Hzs by paying little more then that's worth it. I have seen my friends TV which is 120Hzs and the picture quality differs a lot. 120Hzs is always preferred over 60Hzs. Those who got this same model at Thanks Giving 2015 door buster price were lucky ;)

I bought this TV for my game room and it has yet to disappoint! Has a great picture and sound plus the price is much better for similar tv's
