So we got this for our camper when we arrived to Colorado and had serious moisture issues. The different settings are awesome, it’s relaxing to have on at night, it sucks plenty of water from the air, I love a filter I can rinse off..... my only complaint is that it is fairly difficult to clean the tank where the water collects. But that’s really not that bad

When it was working, it was great. Only had to empty 2 times a day in the summer. This product only lasted one year, so very disappointing. One of the sensors broken and that was too confusing for me to fix on own. I had to buy another dehumidifier this year. Would not recommend

I've had the Soleus Air-45-pint dehumidifier for a month now. I use it in the basement and it works perfect. I could feel the difference just a few hours after we turned it on. The settings are easy. It really makes a difference during this hot humid weather we've been having. So happy I purchased it.

I've come to realize that dehumidifiers are disposable. You use them one season, unplug them for the winter and when you turn them back on in the spring, they don't collect water. I've gone through two dehumidifiers in the last three years. Neither one was covered by warranty. I did not spend a lot on this one, as I'm skeptical if it will work next spring. So far, it's done well. My only complaint would be the bucket needs a handle on it for ease of emptying. It's difficult to juggle it and carry it to empty. I recommend it now, since I just purchased it. Next spring will be the critical deciding factor.

Mildewy small in living room led me to buy this. I have another version of Soleus Air that is old but still running well. I didn't realize how much moisture is in our home. It is nonstop running and we empty it several times a day to keep it down to 35-40% humidity. Love it!! newer version seems improved over earlier ones. Filter is easy to view and clean.

I never expected to buy a dehumidifier from Best Buy. The price was right and and my basement is dry. Easy to set up and works great. I hooked up a hose to drain the water was easy to do. The handle on the top makes it easy to carry and put in place. My old one had hand holds on the side and it was difficult to maneuver.

New dehumidifier works very well in Lower level Bedroom area! Needs to be emptied about every 8 hours. Only negative is that it has no handle on the Water tray.

Did what I was looking for, wish the water storage tank was a little easier to empty.

This dehumidifier has been working overtime with all the rain in this air. Helps with the musty smell I was having. I like that it has wheels, allowing me to move it to different parts of the house.

Stopped working in about 6 months. Water bucket difficult to remove and reinsert.

Works great! It is fairly quiet unless the plastic handle is vibrating but other than that I have been happy with it.

only problem is the canister that holds the water does not have a lot of capacity I put a hose on the rear connection and ran it into the laundry drain

Literally does exactly what it says it does! I like the features to make it user friendly.

works great for basements, can be set to shut off using % humidity or timer.

Within a day or two of starting it up, it was already drier in our basement. Nice and easy to read control panel as well, with enough options to make it easy to operate and tailor toward your specific need.

This thing works like a champ! Our house normally stays humid, not any more!

Work well for one season. Only comes with a 90 day warrantee! Compressor runs but coils do not get cold. Either the compressor went bad or the Freon leaked out.
