  • stopped working after 1 year 9 months. STAY AWAY.

    At first I loved it. It was removing water at a fast pace and doing it quietly. There are lot's of options for running it. Last week it stopped removing humidity. The compressor runs but the bucket does not fill. I called customer service and they said lack of Freon. There is nothing they can do. I have to buy a new one. I followed up with an email and no response from Soleus. Do Not buy this brand. They do not stand behind their product.
