On the website it shows this item comes with the auxiliary cord and i had purchased last year 4 of this same model and it came complete with all accessories shown on site. I went back to Best Buy and showed them the cord was missing so they were very nice and returned it and place another order, so they order comes in and the same problem so i called Beats and they are owned by Apple and they told me that that cord does not come with that cable. i tried to explain to them that when i login to that products it shows it. please see below what i am saying is correct. they told me to take it back to Best Buy again because they dont sell it with that cord. Best Buy just buys the product to sell it, they dont package it....... what a disappointment and waste of my time as i had to wait longer bc of COVID 19. the manager at Best Buy was very nice and provided a generic for the time being. The beats were okay at first until the third month of when I brought them they started to trip and the “press” button stopped working.

Love these things! The sound is amazing!! In the gym, you thing you’re alone. Slides sometimes but I still love them

My daughter loves these because they stay on her ears while she’s dancing, unlike smaller earbuds.

They sounds great , the sounds is loud and canceling noise works great . The only issue is that they are small for my ears and it’s uncomfortable … but other than that they are good quality.
