I am giving this an average rating because I have not used it. I purchased this and then found the bag I really wanted so I bought both of them. I enjoy the other bag so much that I haven’t taken the new material stuff from this bag and may gift it for the holidays or return it.

Would not buy this again. Needs 360 wheels. No Shoulder strap. However laptop did survive being check in luggage!
