    I would give 5 stars except for an incident with the zipper for the laptop section. CAUTION: It can unzip itself if you are not careful. Move the zippers to the bottom on one side or the other. Mine unzipped and dropped my laptop onto asphalt. Thankfully just scratches. I monitored the zipper and saw that as I walked, when the zippers for the laptop section were on top, they slowly unzipped on their own. So again, move the laptop zippers to the bottom on either side. You can use a luggage lock too.

    I previously owned a Lenovo Legion backpack, and this backpack was a really big upgrade from that. I put the same amount of stuff in this new backpack and it felt almost 50% lighter! Really nice how its TSA friendly and also has a USB port. Also a plus that it uses recycled plastic!
