Lots of reminiscing of Sonics past - with lots of new stuff too. The kids have a great time and we all get competitive in the fun multiplayer

While I’m nostalgic for the originals on the Genesis, I have to say Sonic Mania Plus is the best 2D Sonic Experience there is. Must have game.

Just like on the original sega system, speed through levels and beat the evil Dr. Robotnick with a cast of hedgehogs with different abilities!

It's Sonic Hedgehog how it should be back in the good old days I hope they make future games like this or at least make a proper Sonic adventure

This is the perfect game for those who grew up on the Genesis originals. A love letter that is perfectly executed and a whole lot of fun.

Sonic Mania Plus for the Nintendo Switch is a great good. If you like the old school Sonic games I'll like this one it's great.

Sonic has long had problems with his games. Everything from "alright" to "just plain bad" but I'm happy to say that 2D Sonic is back! This is a great game with amazing design and fun levels. My only complaint is that it's kind of short! I mean, it's no shorter then your standard Sega Genesis Sonic game, but I loved it so much that I just wanted moar!!! Luckily, they've added new characters to the "plus" version so you can play through it multiple times and have unique experiences each time.

This game is a love letter to all classic Sonic fans and is probably the best Sonic game on the market including the original ones.

This has become my favorite sonic game. I really enjoyed every minute that I was playing. Great to be able to get the game in physical form.

When I think of sonic, I think of childhood, I've played games for my entire life and I love the series. It's fast, fun, and nostalgic

I mainly bought this a third time because I just had to have the awesome box copy with its physical extras. But the extra characters and new encore mode are really fun and worth the slight extra price. Which include more special stages that were so much fun in this game. If you already have the game digitally, I do recommend buying the Encore dlc for $5 if you really want to play the extras without having to spend too much money. This is exactly the Sonic game we needed and I hope there is a sequel to this game as well.

This game is great. Love the attention of using the past games and giving them a fresh spin. Yes, it's a new game and gives off a Sonic CD vibe mixed with past titles. Game play is nice and easy to get used to. Definitely a game for Sega Sonic fans.

It's nice to get a physical release of this great Sonic game. It also includes some extras that only add to an already incredible game!

I love classic sonic, glad sega brought it to the switch and the levels are so nostalgic of the classic games, it's a dream come true.

This game takes you on an adventure straight back to the 90s. Plays just like the originals. The new characters are a bonus as well.
