If you like sonic this game is great. It takes a lot of the retro levels and makes the longer. It also has more levels that are new

I held off getting Sonic Mania digitally because I was hoping for a physical version like this, and it was worth the wait. Sonic Mania Plus is the best Sonic game since the original three games on the Sega Genesis. It has a mix of old and new stages and brings back all your favorite characters. The nice thing about this "Plus" version is all the DLC is on the cart, which includes remixed levels and extra characters for even more content. My only criticisms of the game are that the special stages where you get the chaos emeralds are very tough and I would've liked even more new stages/worlds. Currently the split is about 50/50 and the game definitely relies on pushing your nostalgia buttons, without doing too much new stuff. Also the boss battles were okay, but not terribly memorable, though I have not yet fought the FINAL final boss since I still need more chaos emeralds!

This game takes me way back to the Sonic games on the Sega Genesis. It goes in line with the story and has fun characters

A must have for any system, the game feels like a Sonic from 20 years ago. Plus the physical extras make this package worth it!

I basically bought this to just have the cart. I have it digital when it was first released and is like playing a classic sonic.

It such an amazing thing they did was to bring a classic game to the next gen systems and even better its available on the go.

I don't play video games but all my kids do. All three boys, ages ranging from 8 to 18 have enjoyed this game very much.

This is a cool game to have in the collection the boxing and art box are just worth the price and the game is very well made

Christian Whitehead has been responsible for remaking the Sonic classic games for smartphones, and they run oh so smooth. So, when you give him a chance to make a completely new Sonic game with classic elements, it automatically becomes bliss. Sonic Mania is just that for those fans, and is a giant “I Love You” letter to the franchise. Playing it on the Switch means that it can go with you anywhere, and sometimes, playing Sonic Mania is way better than the line you’re in.

This is easily the best Sonic game ever made, grab and copy and see why critics and gamers alike are all in love with it!

This game is a great addition to the sonic series. Sad to have missed out on the collectors edition.
