My six year old grandson is enjoying it very much.

I got the game today as other reviewer mentioned and I also did not got the pre-order bonus item. No acrylic stand for me, even though I also chat with support yesterday when I got an email about the game being shipped and me noticing that there was no information about the acrylic stand being shipped.

This game is overall just ok. Nothing that wowed me, but there are some pretty evident lows like multiplayer being a bit of a mess. Kids will probably like this, especially if they already like Sonic though. I do recommend waiting for a sale since 60 dollars is a big ask.

Not too fun. I was never told that I couldn’t return the game when I bought it so I’m stuck with it now. I almost beat the whole game but nothing about it was memorable or too fun.

Better in single player unless you are hyper kids.

For such a fast hedgehog Sonic is always running behind Mario. Both released 4 player games in October but once again Mario Wonder was the better quality game and was so much more fun and polished. Why cant Sega do thier mascot justice?

Not as good as other versions of the game, but fair enough for the Switch. Kids will enjoy it.

No it’s not as pretty as Mario Wonder but honestly… I kind of prefer it over Wonder.

Typical sonic game if sonic was real slow. Kinda of a weird one but got it super on sale.

A solid sonic game. It doesn't reach the peaks of mania, its still worth a try. 60$ might be a little steep though.

If you're a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, you'll know we've had a rough couple of decades with consistently bad games from Sega. It seemed things would change with the release of Sonic Mania, which was genuinely the first Sonic game I've enjoyed since the Sonic Advance trilogy on GBA (and before that, the original trilogy on Genesis). Ironically, Mania was developed by fans and not Sega employees. Seeing how Nintendo knocked it out of the park with Super Mario Wonder, and judging strictly on screenshots of the game, I bought this without reading the reviews. BIG mistake. It performs very poorly on the Switch; constant stuttering during loading screens (why are the loading screens so long and stuttery on a flash cart?). The graphics are so incredible bland and uninspired; feels more like a Unity asset flip than a work of passion that the developers put their heart and soul into. And the music is generic and forgettable. Coming off of the heels of Wonder, which at every step you could feel the developers actually cared about their work, I was so excited to experience the thrill of the original Sonic the Hedgehog games. What I got was a waste of $60. Buyer beware, and stay far away from any Sega developed Sonic game unless you really know what you're doing, or you like to suffer.

I don't know why the sonic 2 and 3 days of pure speed has toned down alot..when i play sonic.. i want speeeeeeed

Did not get the bonus with it even though that was the only reason I bought it from best buy. They just say all well too bad.

Game glitches a lot, it is common. My son has the same game and it freezes up often.

I ordered this game on August 12th. I still have not received it. It shows shipped, I have tracking. yet when I go to look it up it shows it has not left Best Buy. Poor customer service.

Kids didn't quite like it. Too fast and too much movement

Purchased the item on 12/08 … the website showed “next day delivery” …so I choose Best Buy instead of Amazon or target … 2 weeks later and no expectation of delivery, I am likely not getting the product before Xmas … Best Buy never again

This game lowkey mid tbh, it’s fun enough if you love the classics, but it’s entirely skippable
