Online order problems, horrible customer service

I made a promotional purchase and it went through fine. Some items weren’t in stock at the store so they cancelled that part of the order claiming my payment info needed to be updated. I spent an entire day on their customer service prior to the cancellation and nobody could resolve or really even properly describe the actual problem. They blame me for needing to “update payment information” only in emails, but it’s all correct information in both the card and store systems, and they had no problem giving me the items that were in stock at the store. Absolute trash customer service. Now I’m sure there’ll be problems with the promotion because the dollar amount changed with the partial cancellation. I’ll have to call customer service for a 6th time. Probably shop anywhere else in the future. AWFUL experience.

Great game, works great on switch!

Sonic x Shadow Generations is a great time.

It's an excellent choice for a veteran Sonic fan or anybody looking to get into the series.

Controling Shadow on his quest of doninance is new and fresh.
