No complaints, it’s a plug. I’m sure a cheaper one from Amazon would have been fine as well but since I needed one for my new Roam I always like to get the brand name plugs for that.

I would not buy any Sonos products right now. The roll out of the new app has been terrible at best and pretty much leaving the Sonos users without working products. I'm sure they will eventually get it right but save yourself the trouble and wait it out or purchase another product in the short term.

Brought this adapter for 2 of my sonos roam devices. Onw of them failed to work after the first month. I use the spare 10W apple power adapter that comes with ipad before. It works fine and also costs less
