Customers are positive about the Ace Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones with Active Noise Cancellation's sound quality, comfort, and battery life. Many also appreciate the lightweight design and connectivity options. However, some customers feel the bass is lacking and the headphones are not worth the high price. There are also a few comments on the volume not being loud enough, the app needing improvement, and the headphones getting a little warm.

Loved the headphones coming from a bose nc700, the headband and the ear cups were extremely comfortable. The only issue is the soundstage being a bit narrow and the app being treated as a music player primarily. Feels like the headphone is just hidden under layers of the sonos ecosystem. The sound bar sync feature worked perfectly with my sonos beam 2 however

Amazing Sound, Super Comfortable, Highly recommended. I would say they are on par with the Airpods Max, certainly more comfortable. The sound is how can i describe it, easy and crisp and authentic is how i would describe it. Really have to listen for yourself to understand what i mean. The audio tv swap is incredible with the Sonos Soundbars. I could not recommend this enough if you are in the SONOS as well as the Apple Ecosystem.

The Sonos Dolby Atmos headphones deliver immersive, high-quality sound with rich spatial audio, thanks to Dolby Atmos technology. The design is lightweight and comfortable, with soft ear cups and excellent noise isolation for long listening sessions. Connectivity is seamless, offering low latency and multi-device support, while the battery life lasts up to 20+ hours. The accompanying app allows for sound customization, making these headphones a top choice for audiophiles seeking premium audio performance in a sleek, well-built package.

As an audiophile with over 40 headphones, the Sonos Ace has quickly become my most-used pair. The seamless switching feature is a lifesaver, especially with a newborn—I can instantly switch from TV audio to my headset for private listening without disturbing anyone. The sound quality is phenomenal, easily outperforming most competitors, with the Sony XM5 being my second choice and AirPods Max third. If you want top-tier sound, comfort, and effortless transitions, the Sonos Ace is a must-have!

These sound great. I truly enjoy them. I also have a pair of Bowers & Wilkins PX8. I really enjoy the Sonos using with the Sonos App and Apple music getting Dollby Atmos and lossless quality. The other great perk is I have Sonos surround system and the using them in place of the Ultra Sound bar is great when you don't want to wake the family up.

I have been comparing them to my AirPods Max and Sennheiser Momentum 4. They have more physical bass than AirPods Max but slightly less than the Momentum 4. They have basic EQ settings which is nice considering AirPods have none and I like adding more bass. They are more comfortable than the other two and the physical buttons are easier to use. I dont use my AirPods Max often because it is so heavy and the clamp force was too strong. So far the Sonos Ace is better than expected. I cannot test the TV Swap feature since do not have Arc soundbar. Will try it once update for Beam soundbar is released. I have almost one of every product Sonos makes so probably could consider me a Sonos fan. The new Sonos app has been nice and have not had any issues. If you want it to sound even better you can purchase Creative BT-W5 bluetooth adapter that supports AptX Adaptive bluetooth codec. The blueooth adpater works well with my iPhone or Android when plug it into the USB C port using a short USB extension cable. I also have a headphone amp and multiple pairs of Grado headphones so do wired listening sometimes but mostly prefer wireless headphones for convenience or on the go. The Sonos Ace will probably become my main pair and have Momentum 4 as backup especially since the Momentum can play music when battery is dead if you use wire unlike the Ace which needs to be turned on.
Thanks for sharing your detailed comparison and insights into your usage scenarios! Happy to hear Sonos Ace exceeded expectations!

Excellent headset. I’m already part of the Sonos ecosystem so it was extremely easy to set up. Connected to the app and then an update and I was all set. I love the audio swap feature to allow me to listen to the audio from the TV without disturbing others. Sound quality was great.

Great headphones! I actually bought the AirPod Maxes first, but they were very uncomfortable for me. I picked up the Aces and I was sold. I kept the Aces. These are incomparably more comfortable than the Maxes. If I am being honest, I may have preferred the sound quality/mix of the Maxes ever so slightly more, but it was an extremely close call. The comfort of these put them over the top. I also have an Arc, and the sound-swapping feature is very nice and works perfectly.

Love Sonos but was unsure if I was going to like these headphones. I was pleasantly surprised buy the quality of the headphones and love the way they sound. I have used on the plane for trips, the noise cancellation was great.battery life is son long I didn’t charge these until after 3 days of use.

The dynamic head tracking in the spatial audio. Make it feel like the sound is truly around you. You become almost entrenched in movies. Truly a game changer; great battery life, good to wear for extended time and the aware mode let you know everything that's going on. Highly recommend it for long flights or long road trips.

My first pair were defective and made a weird noise, but I got this pair and they're the most amazing headphones I've ever owned. I love them. They've single handedly saved me from leaving Sonos. The features (like transferring audio from soundbar to the headphones with one button is a god send for a crazy noisy house). I love them. Audio quality is fantastic, and they crush my Airpods Max for both audio quality and comfort.
The only thing I'd ask for is more supported HiFi/Lossless Codecs so my Pixel could connect via lossless.

The Sonos Ace headphones have quickly become my go-to choice for both daily use and professional meetings. One of the standout features is their remarkable comfort. As someone who wears glasses, I’ve often struggled with headphones that press uncomfortably against my frames. However, the Sonos Ace’s design is exceptionally accommodating, providing a snug yet gentle fit that doesn’t interfere with my glasses at all.
The audio quality is top-notch, with rich, balanced sound that enhances both music and voice calls.

Very comfortable to wear and the sound quality is very good. I especially like the ability to use it with my soundbar when I need to consider others when watching tv late at night.

These are wonderful you will not be disappointed. The noise canceling is absolutely phenomenal. The removable magnetic earpieces are cozy and comfortable and stay put on your ears. The adjustable headband stays put where you set it. Easy to use buttons on the earcups. With the app you're able to set the base treble balance. Has spacial awareness feature so when you move your head the sound will follow. Has a 30 hour play time. Comes in 2 colors. I have the white. Also comes with c cable charge wire and 4mm cable, even cable pouch is magnetic. Very happy
