Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Ace Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones with Active Noise Cancellation's sound quality, comfort, and battery life. Many also appreciate the lightweight design and connectivity options. However, some customers feel the bass is lacking and the headphones are not worth the high price. There are also a few comments on the volume not being loud enough, the app needing improvement, and the headphones getting a little warm.

My first pair were defective and made a weird noise, but I got this pair and they're the most amazing headphones I've ever owned. I love them. They've single handedly saved me from leaving Sonos. The features (like transferring audio from soundbar to the headphones with one button is a god send for a crazy noisy house). I love them. Audio quality is fantastic, and they crush my Airpods Max for both audio quality and comfort. The only thing I'd ask for is more supported HiFi/Lossless Codecs so my Pixel could connect via lossless.

The Sonos Ace headphones have quickly become my go-to choice for both daily use and professional meetings. One of the standout features is their remarkable comfort. As someone who wears glasses, I’ve often struggled with headphones that press uncomfortably against my frames. However, the Sonos Ace’s design is exceptionally accommodating, providing a snug yet gentle fit that doesn’t interfere with my glasses at all. The audio quality is top-notch, with rich, balanced sound that enhances both music and voice calls.

Very comfortable to wear and the sound quality is very good. I especially like the ability to use it with my soundbar when I need to consider others when watching tv late at night.

These are wonderful you will not be disappointed. The noise canceling is absolutely phenomenal. The removable magnetic earpieces are cozy and comfortable and stay put on your ears. The adjustable headband stays put where you set it. Easy to use buttons on the earcups. With the app you're able to set the base treble balance. Has spacial awareness feature so when you move your head the sound will follow. Has a 30 hour play time. Comes in 2 colors. I have the white. Also comes with c cable charge wire and 4mm cable, even cable pouch is magnetic. Very happy

I have really enjoyed the sonos ace. They are built bery well, they are comfortable enough to wear all day. The sound is immersive and is great for all media types. I think they are a great value for the price as well.

These headphones are the best choice for anyone with a Sonos soundbar. The performance seems on par with the other comparable Bluetooth wireless headphones, but the ability to turn the TV sound off and turn the headphones on makes this a game changer.

These work better than I expected! Very comfortable to wear for a long time. I say that because I use them for work in the Navy on my boat. I bought an extra pair to use at home.

Hi i used all premium headphone from apple, B&W, sony, Jabra, Bose, B&O and more. before i bought this unit I saw a lot of hatred from some of youtube reviewer so I was not sure to buy it. then I said let me check it out so i got it. for me, it's the most comfortable headphone (even more than the Bose quiet comfort ultra). The sound is great and i increased the treble in the app so it became perfect for my test. i recommended to people. FYI, i don't care about Sonos speaker/TV swap function. so i rate it a a headphone only.

I highly recommend. It was either this or Max. I have everything apple but when i got the Sonos Arc i knew i had to have the Sonos Ace. Super light weight. Noise cancellation is 10/10. Amazing for the gym. Def invest in sweat covers for the gym.

I bought these for my birthday and love them. The sound is great after some EQ adjusting. The TV swap is fantastic and works without issue with my Beam 2. Watching Stranger Things was a real treat with these late at night while the family is asleep. If they are on sale they are worth it.

I had a pair of $100 ANC headphones that I liked until I tried these. If you have an ARC soundbar, these will take over audio if you need to keep it quiet and Dolby ATMOS on these is unbelievable. Just keep in mind that you need an iPhone to enable this feature. An Android won't work. Once you enable the audio switch between the ARC and the ACE, you don't need to use a phone to switch. You do that on the "content" button of the headphones. Best ANC headphones I've ever heard!

Though the list price is a bit high for a set of noise canceling headphones, these are amazing! The clarity and separation of each element of a piece of music is stunning. If I have any complaints about these headphones, and this is very minimal, it is that the base is just a touch too heavy for my liking. I can probably adjust that in the app though. The set up was super easy using the app. I’ve read that the set up is easy without the app as well. Sonos makes a great product.

I have owned both Apple Air Pod Max and Sony XM4. Both are very good but the Sony Ace overall is my favorite. The fit is by far the most comfortable as the Apple Max is way too heavy and bulky and the Sonys hurt after 2-3 hours. Neither is any good for travel. The sound of Ace and Max are both excellent and Sony is pretty good but are also 4 yrs old. The cases for the Ace and the Sony are both excellent. Don't even talk about Max case. But for me being a Sonos soundbar Arc customer, thats where the Ace is way ahead. Switching to watching a movie in Dolby Atoms via the Arc to the Ace is a push one button solution and so simple and the sound of the Ace in Dolby Atmos is incredible. Finally, the noise cancelling is the best over Max and Sony. The biggest compliment I can give the Ace is traveling on a plane, almost pure silent experience and falling asleep and sleeping soundly for 4-5 hours. Very good product and worth the price in my opinion.
