Uve had 2 fives for over a year. This was my first experience with sonos and their wifi system. I will admit the sonos app took a little bit to get used to. It’s much differrent than bluetooth. I didnt have a full appreciation for sonos until i had multiple speakers theoughout my house. Then the true benefits shine and it beats anything else ive looked at. I got used to the app and now my family is listening to sonos theoughout the house on a regular basis. I did run into an issue with sonos in my home wifi. After getting a new router my home network had a 2.5 ghz network abd 5.0 network with the same name. Sonos was randomly losing connection and this is why. Their customer service helped me identify the issue and i learned a lot in the process. I highly recommend hard wiring of uiur speakers to the wifi. It will give you the highest level performance and avoid any wifi issues. Overall i hope my feedback saves some headaches for you in advance. Even with the challenges i love the sonos system and still adding new speakers to enhance. Enjoy!

the sound of these speakers is great; however, ours quit working after a short while. We have all the right components, not sure why they died. We had a pair attached to our house under a roof so they were not exposed to the elements as could have been. No response from Sonos.....If you reach out to them I hope you get better customer service. We have several Sonos speakers, moves and now the Roam - between our 5 kids, it's a lot ......pretty disappointed in this company.

Great sound. Professional and aesthetic. It will look great on balcony or patio.
