Quality sound!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love our Sonos Beam (Gen 2) soundbar! It was easy to unpack and install. The sound quality is fantastic! It really generates a significant amount of sound power, so cranking it up is not necessary, unlike with other soundbars we've owned. It's a very versatile soundbar that can be easily added to with a subwoofer and surround sound speakers.

King of Atmos
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sonos Beam (Gen 2) is a great soundbar for those looking for a compact, yet powerful audio solution for their TV. It features Dolby Atmos support, which creates a more immersive sound experience, and it can be expanded with additional Sonos speakers for a surround sound system. The Beam (Gen 2) has a sleek, minimalist design that will complement most TVs. It's also relatively small and lightweight, so it's easy to place on a shelf or mount to the wall. The sound quality of the Beam (Gen 2) is excellent. It produces clear, well-balanced audio that is perfect for movies, TV shows, and music. The Dolby Atmos support adds a new level of immersion, especially with movies that have been specifically mastered for Atmos. The Beam (Gen 2) is also a great choice for those who want a smart soundbar. It can be controlled with the Sonos app, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant. You can also use the app to create custom sound profiles for different rooms in your home. Overall, the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) is a great soundbar that offers a lot of value for the price. It's compact, powerful, and easy to use, making it a great choice for anyone looking to improve the sound of their TV. Here are some pros and cons of the Sonos Beam (Gen 2): Pros: Compact and lightweight design Excellent sound quality Supports Dolby Atmos Expandable with additional Sonos speakers Smart soundbar with voice control Cons: Can be a bit pricey No upward-firing speakers for Dolby Atmos Bass can be a bit lacking for some people Overall, the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) is a great soundbar that offers a lot of value for the price. If you're looking for a compact, powerful, and easy-to-use soundbar with Dolby Atmos support, then the Beam (Gen 2) is a great option. Here are some alternatives to the Sonos Beam (Gen 2): Vizio Elevate: This soundbar also supports Dolby Atmos and has upward-firing speakers for a more immersive sound experience. However, it's larger and more expensive than the Beam (Gen 2). Bose Soundbar 700: This soundbar also has excellent sound quality and supports Dolby Atmos. However, it's also more expensive than the Beam (Gen 2). Samsung HW-Q60T: This soundbar is a more affordable option that still offers great sound quality and Dolby Atmos support. However, it's not as compact as the Beam (Gen 2).

Great all around
|Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only had to take some time to spend connecting it and updating but once it was completed, everything was smooth sailing. Perfect for a bedroom, or even a small-medium living room. The highs are great and register very well, the speech enhancement mode is a life changer when you want to stay at lower volumes. The lows sound very great, despite me not having a subwoofer yet, this helps by being able to hit a wide range of sounds so it doesn’t so “hollow” like some other all in one soundbars I’ve had. The mids sound phenomenal, playing music, watching movies, or even playing games, the 5 channels lets me hear directional audio better than other soundbars.

Nice Speaker in the Sonos Ecosystem
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice simple upgrade to your regular TV speakers. Not the cheapest option but it gets you in the ecosystem at a reasonable price point. Plus it works pretty well. HAs some good options and a an easy to use app. Easy to connect different devices and the voice commands work too. Instead of yelling at the kids to find the remote and turn the TV down and I can yell at Sonos instead. Easy set up. No issues.

A fantastic soundbar!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Sonos Beam to use with the Samsung TV on our screened in porch. When I bought the TV I bought an inexpensive Samsung soundbar for it. You get what you pay for. We had a horrible time understanding dialogue without turning the thing up all the way. The Sonos is awesome. Dialogue is crystal clear and you also get good bass and excellent sound. Very easy setup and highly recommended.

Using soundbar for PC Gaming setup:
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am using the the soundbar in a Gaming PC setup paired with an LG C3 42" TV. I find that products geared for home theater usage generally perform better than computer designated counterparts. Since the LG C3 is technically a TV I set the soundbar up as I would in a home theater using E-arc. The Sonos Beam has decent sound and destroys computer designated soundbars in both features and sound quality. The compact size of the beam allows it to neatly fit under my computer tv/monitor stand on my desk. I would highly recommend the Beam if you are looking for something to enhance your gaming experience and have the tv/monitor to accommodate it.

Awesome Surprise!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sonos Beam was recommended by the Best Buy associate when we were purchasing our new TV. Initially he showed us a sound bar system by the manufacturer of the TV. I really wanted something with quality sound without having to have several speakers spread around the room. The 5 little speakers in this sound bar appealed to me. Additionally it could be mounted under the TV and also has the capability to add more speakers if we should ever want to. The sound is excellent. We did not realize when we purchased the Sonos Beam that it had the added features of voice control and compatible with Alexa to play music.

Beam is legit
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a lot of research on Sonos products I purchased the beam for my living room with a mini sub. The beam is awesome. Some would enjoy it without the sub. 100% better than tv speakers. My living room is a secondary room to watch tv. I have an Arc on order and will likely get the era 300 and sub 4 setup for my family room. But the beam is legit. Set up was a breeze.

Can you hear me now? Yes!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was worried after reading some reviews that cautioned about the Sonos app not working/causing confusion. However, I had no such problems when I setup my soundbar; in fact, I was surprised at how straightforward and easy it was, especially once I understood that I could use either my phone as the remote from the SONOS app I downloaded or my existing remote.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Booooom.... This surround bar is amazing. We upgraded from our TCL bar for the living room tv after buying a new house and it came with a Sonos surround set up for the bedroom tv. The wireless subwoofer has such amazing bass and literally makes the couch shake. Very easy to set up and get working. Do not wait. go out and buy one today!!

Nice, clear sound w/out breaking the bank.
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already had the Sonos Arc, mini-sub, and Ones in my living room for almost a year before I decided to buy a new tv for my master bedroom. I went with an LG OLED 65" and soon after, I realized our old Yamaha needed to be replaced. Decided to go with the Beam 2 and though it's certainly not as powerful as the Arc, it more than does the job in any sized bedroom. Watched a few episodes of Chicago Fire and PD, and voices were crisp. I had set the Beam to night mode, so it quieted the bass from my neighbor upstairs. The Beam has decent bass for rumbles and music, but if you're looking for more, you can easily add a subwoofer. What I love about Sonos, is that you can listen to music in multiple rooms. On my WFH days, I often play music in my kitchen/living room and go back and forth to where my home office is set up in the bedroom. I plan to add some Era 100s too, so when i'm not in the mood to sit in a home theater in my living room, I can get that same effect from the bedroom.
