I live in a neighborhood with many competing wireless networks. My Sonos system kept loosing connection with my wireless network. I had spent many hours and lots of $$ trying to get the best performance possible for my sound system with no luck. Sonos introduced the boost and once installed I was sold. It worked like a charm and have not had any problems since. No drops or failed connections. Perfect solution and easy to set-up.

My Sonos Play 1 speakers kept cutting in and out and I was getting beyond frustrated! At first I thought about returning the Play 1 speakers for new ones, thinking they were faulty speakers. Instead I decided to give the boost a try and it corrected the issue of the music cutting in and out! It also improved the sound quality of the speakers which was a plus! Definitely worth the buy!

The Sonos system that i bought gives great sound, and ease of use. I have a tri-level home, and have two play 1's upstairs, a play 3 on the main, and another play 1 on the lower. being able to group all 4 rooms, or play 4 different songs at the same time, or any combination of rooms is great. i'm looking forward to expanding my system in the near future, as i want to hook up my turntable as well.

Very easy and simple to set up, plug-in to your wireless router with the included ethernet cable and then plug in the power supply to a power source. You are able to create a powerful and separate Sonos network within your home network freeing up all the wireless traffic that tends to come with the modern home network media set up.

Lets face it folks, Running anything wireless is cool and sucks at the same time. Especially if your listening to music and it cuts out. This product that Sonos made a few years ago is a must have for those with Wireless Sonos products around your home and running the older Bridge. Get rid of that bridge and pick up one of these. You'll see a much more solid working Wireless Sonos system.

I have 9 Sonos speakers in a 3400 square foot home. I was constantly having connectivity issues with my system. I finally made the decision to try Boost. I have immediately noticed a difference. Songs play instantly. No speakers drop from the network. I highly recommend this if you are having issues with your Sonos products.

Excellent company, excellent technology, excellent device. I no longer need a Sonos speaker near the router for connection. I connect this device into the router. It will connect wireless to the Sonos system. It has two ethernet ports so you can connect another ethernet device (basically, you don't lose a valuable router ethernet port because of connecting this device - brilliant care and technology!)

Was extremely reluctant in purchasing this sub as the price is expensive! But after I replaced my existing system with all Sonos, I'm extremely happy! SONOS app is very easy to set up and use. I've been very happy with all of my SONOS speakers and this is no exception!
I have the sound bar and used a pair of my own speakers with the SONOS amp and have been very happy with the sound.

I purchased a new home audio system for my media room. The Boost came as part of the bundle I purchased. It was really simple to connect and setup and allowed a very simple configuration of my home theater system. Absolutely no drops in the signal or my sound and it helps to BOOST the wireless signal in my 3600 square foot home. I have since purchased additional Play 1 speakers for other rooms.

I have eight Sonos speakers in my home throughout my house. 2 play 5's, 3 Play 3's and 3 Play 1's. I use the boost to free up bandwidth on my wireless network. Really simple to set up and actually allows my devices to connect to it even through VPN's, something that I couldn't do before I set this up. I love Sonos and am working on setting it up at my office as well.

Regardless of if you have two small sonos speakers or a dozen, this guy should be an essential buy. I've never once had a dropout of connection when playing music and have never had to trouble shoot anything. The boost creates its own sub-network in your home. Keep adding speakers and it only makes it stronger. Also, if you want to start using sonos for your tv, this is 100% necessary.

I had a bridge, and replaced it with a Boost. Works well. I use it because I didn't want to place a speaker near my router, and this solves the problem. It is not necessary though except in a situation like mine or you need to use it as an extender...not a problem I've faced and I have a reasonably large home.
