Looks brand new. Came in its original box, brand new power and HDMI cords. Same incredible Sonos quality for a fraction of retail price. Love it.

I highly recommend getting the Sonos factory refurbished one. It looked brand new to me, was packaged like a new one and has really good sound. The speech enhancement is better than my old 3.1 Panasonic soundbar. While it doesn’t have as much bass without the dedicated sub it has enough. Music is where this really shines as all music sounds amazing. Worth considering this as opposed to the new one.

I have a pair of Sonos one speakers, so the sound bar was added to create a surround sound environment. Paired with the other two speakers, it creates a rich, unfettered sound. I've tried it with various movies, video games, documentaries, and speeches. Each time, I am impressed. In fact, it has made me put away my headphones when gaming because I prefer the sound created by our little system. I was skeptical of the refurbished model. (especially when there were so many other soundbars on sale for less than this one). I have not always had great success with refurbished items. But, this was the model and make that I had been looking at for quite awhile. I took a chance and made the purchase. Except for the sticker on the box when it arrived, there was absolutely nothing that would indicate to me that it was refurbished. It connected easily to my television and after a software update, almost immediately to the other two speakers I mentioned. I have absolutely no regrets about this purchase and would recommend Sonos products to anyone looking for both quality and durability.

Compact yet great sound. The only problem is that shortly after getting it the Black Friday price goes a new one was lower than what we paid for this refurbished unit!

The sound beam has very good sounds. It is nice and compact so it fits in many places. It is able to be used with Apple Music.

Bought my first SONOS piece! It connected to my existing SONOS home system with ease, clarity is amazing crisp sound!

Love this sound bar. So happy I invested in the Sonos eco system. I purchased to speakers to go along with this and the sound quality is awesome. Built in Alexa allowed me to have one less thing plugged into the living room. Also voice controls my Samsung tv which I wasn't able to do before. Setup was a breeze and the way it calibrates your room is next level.

Easy to set up Great sound from a little sound bar Works with AirPlay

Opted for a refurbished version of the Beam to save a little money, and I’m so glad I did! It works great (no more rewinding to hear what people are saying in movies) and doesn’t seem any different from a brand-new soundbar. Also love how seamlessly this pairs up with Spotify on a phone—wasn’t expecting that perk!

Speedy shipping. Came in original box - couldn’t tell it was refurbished. Paired it with two play:3s to get a surround system for my apartment. Super happy with it.

This was purchased as a factory refurbished item, but looked brand new. It came well packed in the original Sonos packaging with no flaws. It's a great soundbar; you may be able to get better sound for the price, but if you want into the Sonos ecosystem this is a great place to start. The price for the refurbished one was great too, $279 at the time of purchase.

Sonos in my opinion is one of the top 3 best sound bars on the market. What sets them apart from the competition is the voice clarity when watching TV, movies and other showed where dialogue is import. Excellent highs and good lows. Pair it with the sub and you have an awesome sound system.

Loved this unit it was very sleek and just plain good looking. Loved it in white, it blended right in with the wall. I appreciated the Alexa And better yet the ARC feature. This was better than I expected SONOS did a great job with this smart speaker.

slightly better than average sound quality. Not sure if I need to buy the bass speaker to give this a full sound but I purchased the polk audio s2 for half the price and the quality is actually better than this one.

Very good bar for the money. I have an Arc in other room, but Beam works well. Paired nicely with a couple One SL. Trueplay really dials in settings. Was refurbished but appeared new to me.
