Have a pair of these in dolby atmos configuration with arc, subs wall mount. They give so much sound stage its unbelievable. I used to own the 100s and these are a massive upgrade. I was alitte worried with the new sonos app and reports of issues but havent had any problems. I will say im just waiting for the inverted software trueplay release but thats on the software side of things and supposed to be released soon.

I replaced a pair of play 3's serving as rear surrounds for my home theater setup. The 300's are terrific sounding & sexy looking speakers that provide layers of sounds and depth for your spatial audio music and movies that surround you. I have the Arc, a 2nd gen sub and 2 Era 300's in my surround set up. The 300's have 2 woofers, 4 tweeters and 6 amps and send sounds in every direction. I can't speak to the blue tooth or line out capabilities for my setup but they are nice features that could be useful for different setups.

I came off a set of 4 older Play3 speakers, using them outside with a sonos sub (yes, you can 100% enjoy the bass outside). These are more airy and directionless, filling the backyard and pool area with sound. They are not as loud per se as the Play 3. In fairness, I am using 3 of these - 2 in stereo and one in the middle in full mode, still with the Sonos Sub, which is in a corner to amplify its effect. Without the sub. these have very little bass and bottom end. The Play 3s had more low end. However, these work, and Sonos made it VERY hard to still run the 3s flawlessly. All of that said, these still glitch occasionally, as I am forced to run them as 2 zones - 1 set max per zone is a software limitation. I *like* Sonos, I am not a fanboy.

I’m blown away by how my Sonos 300 speaker and Arc soundbar work together—movies, music, and everyday TV feel immersive and cinematic. The 300’s deep bass and crisp highs blend seamlessly with the Arc’s expansive soundstage, creating a surround-like experience without extra speakers. I briefly considered adding Sonos 100s for rear effects, but after tweaking the EQ in the Sonos app (so intuitive!), the setup already felt complete. Plus, snagging both as open-box deals saved me money without compromising quality—they arrived flawless and perform like new. If you crave premium audio without the premium price, this combo is a no-brainer. Total game-changer!

Great sounding and good looking speaker. It’s by far the hottest speaker out. It’s very easy to set up and it makes you want to listen to it every day! Weather it’s TV or music, the sound of this speaker is phenomenal!!

I upgraded from the ones to these and they do add a demension to the sound that wasn't there before. I dont have them in ideal positions, but they still sound awesome. I dislike the eye sore that is the footprint of the design, but I love the Sonos sound and don't regret my purchase. I rewarched Dune and Top Gun (the latest one) as soon as I added it to my Arc and Sub, and I have enjoyed my movies a little more ever since.

Transforms the entire experience. I have just the sub and sound then added these and this is a great quality product. I highly recommend because of the souns crispness aswell as following the sound from where its located on tv. True surround

Went from sonos ones for my rear speakers to era 300s. Nice improvemnt for movies. Amazing improvement for music. Spacial audio on apple music THROUGH the sonos app makes the music sound so good. Hearing instruments i never heard before.

I been waiting for a good deal and finally got the chance to complete my Sonos system. I now have the ARC, 2X Era 300, and 2X Sub Gen 3. The sound is amazing and I can’t wait to receive my LG G4 77” to complete the whole theater experience. Sonos is the way to go.

I purchased these speakers to get the most out of my Sonos sound bar and I was not disappointed with the pairing. My friends can’t get over these speakers. We use them to play everything from music while hosting dinner parties to movie nights with family. My highest of recommendations.
