    Super sound! I can play it and use my phone at the same time. It doesn't cut out.

    The speakers themselves sound absolutely fantastic. A bit bass heavy, but i would say that lets you skip an extra sub. In the decade+ i have wanted Sonos to work, its always been a great concept and not having to run wire is a huge advantage to some set ups. When running off of blue tooth theres clear latency issues, but thats an issue with all wireless speakers I’ve used. THE MAIN ISSUE AND REASON FOR 1 star, is Best Buy sold and delivered me an opened box used product as a new product. Terrible thing to realize when giving as a Christmas gift.

    It's not easy to setup with Arc. Compatibility issues with its own product when switching between different audio source . Good sound but bass is too much to handle

    This speaker sounds great alone or added to our system however I was no able to use it via Bluetooth when I tried. As with all Sonos speakers they are pricey but sound great.
