Would rate it as excellent, but big drawback no bluetooth.Unable to play your playlist form your device library.

I like this product, it's very nice. I only have one problem with it, I wish it was Bluetooth. I would love to have this on the go , without trying to find wifi, oh I forgot, it doesn't sound the same when you use the 3.5 mm.

Great sound but can only be used through their own app. From my understanding, the app has changed.

It’s good. Gets loud, could have more bass. Fills a 15x20 foot room box was damaging in shipping

Sonos makes the best speakers. At first, I was thinking of getting Bose speakers until I listened to Sonos.

Very nice speaker. The only downside of Sonos is the cost to add on. This is a nice speaker but to have true stereo sound and nice base, you need 2 more speakers. Don't get me wrong, it's worth getting the base and matching speaker but it adds up.

Great sound. Will be getting 1 more to do stereo. Need to get stand, sitting on a coffee table.

Excellent quality but perhaps I would increase to 5 starts if there was no connectivity issues which keep happening with my two sonos 5 and sub.

i bought the sonos package deal witch includes soundbar sub and 2 one's needles to say it didn't sound good until i added 2 five's then it was good but another 1100 dollars later

We had a Sonos Play 3 for years. It would have a hard time with wireless and would occasionally have to be plugged into Ethernet to get the IP addressing figured out. That is, my cellphone would occasionally not be able to connect to the speaker. I was thoroughly disappointed that Sonos hadn't improved the connection setup and reliability with the Sonos Five. I could not get the unit to setup through the phone despite my phone and Sonos being on the same WiFi network. I tried all of the suggested fixes and could not establish a reliable connection. I ended up returning the unit. A little more detail, I checked all of my router settings and they were fine (I have over 30 other wireless products on my WiFi network that all work fine). I have no firewall settings that would block anything and all of the major multicast discovery protocols are enabled on my network. As a test, I placed my laptop where my speaker would go to measure WiFi performance and signal strength and WiFi worked very well (300+ Mbps down and 50+ Mbps up). I will say if you are lucky enough to have a wired Ethernet port where you place your speaker, use it. It might work better. My comment is directed at Sonos engineering: improve your connection setup, management and stability.

These are some of the best sounding speakers I have ever heard. The app I’ve never seen anything worse it is not user-friendly whatsoever I scream it almost every day.

Good sound. Wish it had a microphone for Alexa though.
