    I bought a Samsung 3.2 soundbar with subwoofer and 2 rear speakers and it didnt sound near as good. I set it up wrong and had trutech cime out to straighten both sound systems out and they agreed sonos 5 didnt sound as good. I returned it with a small scuff and they would not accept. I sent back agqin via mail and hope as a trutech member and will apend lots more money if they are fair and accept sonos speaker and refund. Other wise i dont think ill deal with them again. The manager was extremly rude with me. But i do hope they work with me as i enjoy shopping in bestbuy overall.

    Does not connect to turntable. After 3 times with tech support their fix was to connect via bluetooth. The whole idea was to connect it via a line in. I returned it. I also had the same problem with their sub woofer a year ago, however that was because it would not connect via bluetooth, again returned. I have other SONOS speakers but will not look at them in the future

    The sound quality is great but the sound is delayed when connecting via wifi. It’s not very obvious when connecting your phone and playing music through Spotify/Pandora. However, when you watch a video/show through your phone or TV while playing the sound on the speaker, that’s when you notice that the sound is delayed
